Rules & Regulations
1. Entry & Ticket Rules
Every visitor must purchase a valid entry ticket before entering the park.
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children below the specified height/age limit must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for safety or security reasons.
Guests must retain their entry bands/tickets during their entire visit.
2. Safety Rules
- Guests must strictly follow the instructions given by lifeguards and park staff.
- Running, pushing, or rough behavior near pools and slides is strictly prohibited.
- Diving is not allowed in shallow pools.
- Guests with heart problems, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or serious medical conditions should avoid high-intensity slides.
- Pregnant women are advised not to use high-speed slides and rides.
- Children must always remain under parental supervision.
3. Dress Code
Proper swimwear is mandatory for using water slides and pools.
Cotton clothes, jeans, sarees, or loose clothing are not permitted in water rides.
Nylon or polyester swimwear is recommended.
Guests must change clothes only in designated changing rooms.
4. Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Guests must take a shower before entering pools.
- Spitting, littering, or polluting water is strictly prohibited.
- Use dustbins placed throughout the park.
- Maintain cleanliness in washrooms, changing rooms, and public areas.
5. Ride Usage Rules
Guests must follow height, age, and weight restrictions displayed near each ride.
Wait for your turn and follow queue discipline.
Only one person should use a slide at a time unless otherwise instructed.
Follow the correct sitting or sliding position as instructed by lifeguards.
Do not attempt dangerous stunts or reverse sliding.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the park:
Alcohol and drugs
Outside food and beverages (unless permitted)
Glass bottles or breakable items
Sharp objects or weapons
Loudspeakers or disruptive equipment
Security staff may check bags at the entrance.
7. Food & Restaurant Rules
Food and beverages must be consumed only in designated dining areas.
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and food court.
Outside food is not allowed unless approved by management.
8. Locker & Personal Belongings
Lockers are available for guests to store valuables.
Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Guests are advised not to carry expensive items inside the park.
9. Photography & Videography
Personal photography is allowed.
Commercial photography or drone shooting requires prior permission from management.
Photography is not allowed in changing rooms or restricted areas.
10. Resort & Property Rules
Guests must respect park property and facilities.
Damaging rides, furniture, or property may result in penalties.
Guests must behave respectfully with staff and other visitors.
11. Emergency & Medical
First-aid services are available inside the park.
In case of emergency, guests should immediately contact lifeguards or park staff.
Follow evacuation instructions if announced.
12. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to close rides temporarily due to maintenance or safety concerns.
Rules may be updated without prior notice.
Anyone violating park rules may be asked to leave the premises without refund.
